This is exactly how I like my Sancerre wine. Fresh, crispy and light. Perfect pairing with a white bean/canned tuna/olive oil/garlic salad.

I nice example of Mercurey. Personally I like this 'lighter' Burgundy appellation. I'll leave it in the cave for a couple of more years. But I expect it to elevate into a soft 'framboise' wine, great with things like pheasant.

A light, modern style Bordeaux. Full of fruit, enjoyed it with a veal cutlet with a mushroom sauce. Don't let it waste its taste by ageing, it's good to drink now and a year.
Sa note : 5/5
Just as I like my Cru Bourgeois wines: not too heavy, fruity and easy to drink. But, remember to chill the wine, 30 minutes inside your fridge will bring out the fruit.

A very nice surprise indeed. Not the usual light but pleasant Côtes-de-Provence rosé, but a bit more body. Think about dishes such as ratatouille, grilled lamb chops with rosemary and grilled fish.

Great wine with the typical character of the wines from around the Dentelles. Needs airing or just another 1-2 years in your cellar.

Un vin tres fruité d'un coin des Dentelles tres isolée. Pour moi, apprécier le goût le mieux mon avis est servir à 16°

A Saint Amour I really like. Most SA I know are a bit 'thin' and rely on the name to be sold around Saint Valentine's. But this one has a bit 'body' and a very lovely taste.

Je t'aime les vins de Côtes du Rhône Villages. Dans cette Rasteau reste quelque tannines et je pense après garder les encore 2-3 ans il est à son maximum. Toujours mon avis avec vins de ce appellation, servir à 16°.

Quite a surprise for a 14-year old wine! Well worth the money. Take care to drink it slightly served, otherwise it's just bland.
Sa note : 4/5
Promising, but it would be a waste to drink it now. Leave it in the cellar to mature another 4-5 years.

A nice glass of Prosecco. It stands out from the usual bland tasting wines they call prosecco but do not even come close to the real thing.

A Ventoux wine just the way I like it. Fruity, light and full of taste. A hint of peppery herbs and cherries, just like the cherries that grow in the area.

Nice Brouilly, drank it with polenta and spicy aubergine sauce. Could do with 1-2 years of ageing and should be served slightly chilled.
